Bohemian Beatfreaks is an easy 2 hours drive north of Brisbane in a Beautiful Natural Environment on Amamoor Creek Road QLD.

Aside from music, the Festival also features a Vibrant Market Village with healthy food and drink options. When you’re in more of a Netflix & Chill mood we have a late night cinema, tea lounge and chill space with Daily Yoga classes & other workshops.

There will be a TOTAL FIRE BAN in full effect during the event. Please do not attempt to light camp fires. Our security will remove any people that are found breaking the fire ban.
The Event Area has beautiful big shady trees to keep us cool during the day, however the campground is mostly cleared so we recommend bringing tarps or gazebo for you campsite so you have same shade/shelter.We ask that all guests follow these simple rules to ensure everyone at the event has an enjoyable experience;
Police will have an increased presence on the public roads surrounding the venue. They WILL be doing breath & swab testing both before & after the event. They WILL be searching cars. We support the efforts of the QLD Police in ensuring the safety of road users surrounding our venue. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BRING ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES into this festival. You will be caught and you give the festival a bad name.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are prohibited. If found in the possession of any patron they will be confiscated immediately and the patron may be asked to leave the premises.
Leave your campsite just as you found it (a patch of clean grass). Plan ahead to bring home everything you bring in. An empty Esky makes the perfect place to pack your rubbish when leaving the event. It is your responsibility to bring your trash home after the event. Please do your part to keep our playground tidy during the event. Use the Bins provided. If you see people tossing litter on the ground kindly remind them where the bins are. Leave it Better. Leave it Beautiful.
Gates open at 9:30 am Friday 2 December 2022 for all General Admission 3 Day Ticket Holders.
Early Arrival Add-on (Thursday Entry) Ticket Holders can gain entry to the campground from 10am Thursday 1 December 2022.

It is a party after all, so best to leave your street clothes at home and bring costumes & outfits that AMPLIFY THE FUN. However you are free to wear what ever you like or as little as you like. Costumes with lights that shine or sparkle at night are even better!
Anyone under the age of 18 MUST arrive with a legal parent or guardian. No exceptions. So if you really want to come you better twist your dads arm and bring him to the doof. Your parents can assign temporary legal guardianship to another person 18 years or older. No. However we will do you a special discount and sell you a ticket for $200 if you were born on the 1, 2, 3, 4 December.
You must have an Australian Government issued Photo ID (or International Passport) & one other form of ID to claim the discount. Bring your ID + $200 cash to gate to claim your discounted birthday ticket.
YES. Like all approved events our venue has a strict capacity. If ticket sales reach that capacity no further tickets will be sold. Better to be safe than sorry and lock it in.

Yes, you are allowed to bring alcohol into the event and campground, however NO GLASS is permitted, so ensure you get beverages in cans or decant your spirits into stainless steel or plastic containers. Do not bring excessive amounts of alcohol.
Security will confiscate any beverages in glass bottles (beer, spirits, wine etc).
Yes, you are able to camp with your car, however all vehicles will be subject to a car pass which will be charged at $50 cash on arrival.

YES. There will be Hot Showers available at the venue. Shower use will cost $2 per minute to help cover the cost of these facilities.

This festival is a camping festival, you can bring a tent, motorhome, camper van or caravan. You are able to camp with your car in the campground. If you don’t have access to any camping equipment you can rent a Glamping Bell tent & bedding through Wow Tents. These will be set up in a reserved camping area before you arrive. Our Onsite Camping Upgrades Include; Luxury Bell Tent Bell Tent with Mattress & Bedding Bell Tent with Foam Mattress Bell Tent w BYO Everything.
Powered RV / Caravan Sites are also available for purchase if you want access to electricity in your camper.
Strictly No Generators in the campsite for the comfort of other campers.

We do however have limited WiFi Data Packs available for purchase at the Info Tent in case you need to contact the outside world. There is also a Pay Phone at the Info Tent incase you need to make a phone call when onsite.

Decorating your camp with pretty battery powered or solar lights, flags and drapes makes finding your camp at night so much easier, plus it adds to the ambiance and vibe of your area, the prettier the better! We will be giving prizes away for the best camp setups at the festival.
YES. We have installed water bottle refill stations throughout the venue.
YES. There will be a vendor selling bags of ice for your esky for sale at the event for $8 per bag.
YES. We have hand picked some of our favourite food vendors to come and provide healthy meals for all you beautiful people.

Our venue is deep in the valley so sound does not escape into the real world. Music runs 24 hours at this event, so be prepared to dance the night away.
Our Main Stages will be close late night (around 2- 3am) with smaller more intimate parties providing some after hours entertainment for those that are still awake.
YES. Blow Me First will have Swab and Breath testing services available. We recommend testing your self before leaving the venue to ensure you are safe to drive. There will be a police presence on the local roads surrounding the event. Expect to be checked.
Your Wristband is your passport into the event, without it you do not have the legal right to be on the property. Please wear your festival wristband around your wrist at all times. If your wristband becomes damaged bring it to the Wristband Top Up Office for a Replacement.

Yes. Bohemian Beatfreaks is set up as a Cashless Event so you don’t need to worry about where to put your money in those sexy new leggings.
All the Market Vendors will only accept payments via the Wristband RFID Payment System.

REL2021 Ticket Credits are non-transferable. Tickets booked using REL2021 Credit are strictly non-transferrable. The name on the original REL2021 Ticket Must be the person that attends the alternative event. If you purchased a ticket to either Rabbits Eat Lettuce 2020, Rabbits Eat Lettuce 2021 or Bohemian Beatfreaks 2020 then your event tickets were automatically transferred to the Rabbits Eat Lettuce 2021 event (REL2021) when COVID-19 related Government Restrictions forced the event(s) postponements.
For those of you that unfortunately could not attend Rabbits Eat Lettuce 2021 due to the last minute COVID postponement or your personal circumstance we will be honouring your tickets so that you can use them as a credit to secure a ticket to one of the following festivals (of your choosing):
– Rabbits Eat Lettuce 2022 (14 – 18 April 2022). [PAST EVENT]
– Bohemian Beatfreaks NOVEMBER 2022 (24 – 27 November 2022)
The only option NOW to use your REL21 credit is to book a Bohemian Beatfreaks 2022 ticket. If not your credit will expire after December 2022.
Like for Like: If you originally held a 3 day (Friday entry) pass for REL2021 that will entitle you to a 3 day pass for this event, or if you held a 4 day (Thursday entry) pass to REL2021 this will entitle you to a 4 day (Thursday entry pass) for this event. If you do have a 3 day pass you can upgrade your ticket to a 4 day (Thursday arrival) at the gate when you arrive at the event (no need to pre-book).
Original Email & Name: You must enter the original email and ticket holder name when making your request. The new tickets will be sent to the same email address that was used to purchase the original tickets. The names on the tickets will match exactly the names on the original tickets. Once we receive your request it will be cross checked against our records to ensure your tickets are valid and have not been used. If you enter incorrect details you will not be sent a replacement ticket.

It is crucial for us to know accurate numbers of attendees well before an event so we have enough time to book essential event services such as medical, security, toilets etc. This is why we must have at least 2 months prior notification that you wish to use your REL2021 Credit to attend one of the replacement events.

Yes, If you have used your REL2021 ticket credit to book a ticket to one of the event options but your circumstance has changed you are able to change your selection to a different event as long as that event is more than 2 months away.
To change your ticket, email tix@bohemianbeatfreaks.com.au with the PDF ticket, a photo of your photo ID (driver license etc) and clear instructions that you wish to swap your ticket to a different event.
No. If you use your REL2021 Credit to book a ticket for one of the replacement events and don’t end up using the ticket to attend no further credit will be given and your ticket/credit will be considered used. So make sure you can actually attend the event you use your REL2021 Credit to book a ticket for before making your selection.
If the Festival you use your REL21 Credit to book a ticket to is postponed, your ticket will be automatically transferred to the replacement event dates of the postponed event.
To get you loose & limber for Dance Floor Fun and trying those new moves you have been practicing in the kitchen Bohemian Beatfreaks will have a variety of Yoga classes each day covering a range of styles and skill levels from Morning Sunshine Yoga to Acro Yoga for partners.

At Bohemian Beatfreaks 2022 we are offering optional Early Entry Tickets which will permit the ticket holder entry into the festival from 10am Thursday. This will allow you to arrive before General Admission Patrons so you can get in early to get the best camping spots and have more time to chill out before the main entertainment starts. The Market Area, Boho Lounge & Theme Camps will be open Thursday night. Main dance stages don’t open until Friday. These Early Entry Tickets are $50 more than the Friday entry tickets (for each ticket round)
All other General Admission Ticket Holders will be permitted to enter the venue from 9:30am Friday.
The Approved re-selling platform is TIXEL. Tickets can only be sold for face value or less to prevent scalping. Free tickets or tickets booked using REL2021 Credit can not be transferred/ sold.
If you sell your ticket through TIXEL, this will void your original ticket and re issue a brand new PDF ticket to the new ticket holder via their email.

SPECIAL COVID-19 Terms & Conditions of Sale
When purchasing these tickets you must acknowledge & accept these are very unusual, unpredictable times with restrictions changing randomly for better or worse.
In the event the Festival cannot legally proceed during the 1 – 4 December 2022 due to a resurgence of COVID-19 virus in Queensland, Border Closures, Government Restrictions or any other force majeure event the Festival will be postponed to a new weekend with all valid tickets being automatically transferred to the new event dates.
No Refunds will be offered under any circumstance.
Bohemian Beatfreaks | Ticket Terms & Conditions
All participants under the age of 18 must arrive with a legal guardian over the age of 18. You Must be 16 years or older to use this ticket. You must arrive with valid Australian Government Issued photo ID or Passport & one other form of identification (bank card, medicare card, school ID card etc). A General Admission 3 Day Ticket grants entry into the Festival Campgrounds from 9:30am on the 2nd December 2022 until 12 Noon Monday 5th December. If you purchased an Early-Entry Add On, your ticket permits you entry from 10am on the 1st December 2022.

By using this ticket to the Festival, you agree to be legally bound by the Full T&Cs including but not limited to the following:
1. Unless the Festival is cancelled entirely, you shall not be entitled to a refund or exchange of your ticket under any circumstance, including due to artist line-up changes, venue changes, date changes, adverse weather conditions or a change in your personal circumstances.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED FOR ANY REASON. EVENT DATE, VENUE AND TIME SUBJECT TO CHANGE. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. IF THE EVENT FOR WHICH THIS TICKET IS ISSUED IS RESCHEDULED OR CANCELLED, THE HOLDER SHALL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY LAW. INSTEAD, THE HOLDER SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT, EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED, (1) IF THE EVENT IS RESCHEDULED TO A DATE AND TIME WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS OF THE DATE AND TIME ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED, TO USE THIS TICKET TO ATTEND THE EVENT AT THE RESCHEDULED DATE AND TIME, OR (2) IF THE EVENT IS NOT RESCHEDULED WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS OF THE DATE AND TIME ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED, TO EXCHANGE THIS TICKET TO ANOTHER EVENT THAT IS DESIGNATED BY MANAGEMENT AS THE OFFICIAL REPLACEMENT EVENT FOR THE CANCELLED EVENT.
This ticket is not subject to any refund, bears no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. Artist and set times are subject to change without notice. This ticket is not subject to exchange except as expressly provided above. If issued as a complimentary ticket, this ticket is not exchangeable or redeemable for another ticket to any other event or performance or for any other consideration, monetary or otherwise. Tickets obtained from unauthorised sources may be counterfeit and worthless. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed, and are valid only for the event for which they are issued. It is unlawful to reproduce this ticket in any form. PURCHASER AGREES NOT FILE A CHARGEBACK OR ANY TYPE OF PAYMENT REVERSAL FOR ANY REASON.
2. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced. Treat this ticket like money.
3. Tickets only provide access to areas at the Festival indicated by signage.
4. You must remain within set Festival boundaries. Persons found outside the boundaries will be considered trespassers and subject to prosecution.
5. Official wristbands are to be worn at all times. If you do not wear a wristband, you will be escorted off site.
6. You must observe Festival arrival and departure times, as posted on Festival website.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to vary advertised Festival venue, artist line-ups, ticket prices, event dates, times, amenities or other Festival particulars as necessary.
8. You must follow the direction of Festival security and staff at all times.
9. Community standards of behaviour are expected at all times during Festival. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any Patron from the Festival for inappropriate, dangerous or illegal behaviour.
10. Unauthorised photography or use of recording equipment is prohibited.
11. A TOTAL FIRE BAN is in operation for the entire duration of the Festival. No naked flames, campfires, BBQ’s, candles or gas stoves allowed.
12. All vehicles & persons are subject to a search by event security upon entry. Any prohibited items will be confiscated and entry possibly refused (please see a full list of prohibited items on the website).
13. GLASS of any kind, PETS (except guide dogs), Illegal, dangerous or menacing items; motorized vehicles (other than cars); pyrotechnics, fire crackers, sparklers and flares and weapo
14. No illegal substances are permitted; soliciting illegal substances will result in removal from the event and possible criminal charges.
15. You agree to act responsibly at the Festival and pack for all weather conditions.
16. You acknowledge and agree the land the Festival is staged on is an inherently dangerous place that may contain various obstacles, risks and dangers, both known and unknown, natural and man made which may result in loss or damage to your property; personal injury or even death. Knowing this to be the case, if you choose to attend the Festival, you agree that you do so at your own risk, waiving and foregoing all rights to make claims against the Promoter for any loss or injury you may suffer there.
17. This ticket is a revocable license and may be revoked at any time for any reason without compensation. Your use of this ticket confirms your agreement to these terms.
18. All vehicles entering the venue will need to purchase a car pass at the entry gate for $50.

Take the hassle of driving to the festival out of your hands and relax in a comfy reclining seat on a luxury air conditioned bus while the professional driver takes you safely to the event and back again.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE A PRE SALE TICKET IF YOU WISH TO RIDE THE BUS. SO BE SURE YOU HAVE BOTH BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO BOARD.
